Station Starters
QUESADILLA
Plump chicken breast grilled then wrapped in a
flour tortilla with a blend of peppers and onions. Served
with our fresh salsa and a cheese blend.
SOUTHWEST EGG ROLL
Plump gulf shrimp cooked to perfection blended
with a roasted corn relish in an egg roll wrapper. Two rolls are
served with a southwest dipping sauce. Unbelievable!
BEERBRAT PIZZA
Brats boiled in beer then grilled and sliced thinly
and placed on a 9 inch thin pizza crust. Then
we add a mixture of sauerkraut and Thousand Island dressing and
top with Swiss cheese. Crazy, but delicious!
BEER BATTERED FRIED
PICKLES
Five giant dill pickle spears are dipped in our
homemade beer batter and then fried to a golden brown. Served with
our soon to be famous cheddar ale cheese sauce. Awesome!
BAVARIAN POTATO SKINS
Our twist on an old favorite! Potato skins are
fried golden then loaded with bits of bratwurst and corned beef.
Topped with a blend of Swiss and cheddar cheeses. Served with sour
cream and chives.

CHEDDAR ALE CHOWDER
A tantalizing blend of fresh carrots, celery, and
onions cooked until tender. Combined with potatoes and corned beef
in a thick & creamy cheddar ale cheese base. Perhaps the best
chowder on the planet!
THREE ONION ALE
Our brown ale is blended with beef broth and combined
with a mixture of Spanish, red onions and Leeks. Finished with freshly
baked croutons and Swiss cheese.
Salads
SOUTHWEST STEAK SALAD
A blend of mixed greens combined with our own southwest
dressing. Finished with grilled steak strips and garnished with
roasted corn relish and tomatoes.
HONEY ALMOND CHICKEN
SALAD
A classic blend of romaine and spring mix is the
start of this refreshing chicken salad. Celery, red onion, mayonnaise
are added then honey and toasted almonds. Served with tomatoes and
baby beets.
CHICKEN CAESAR SALAD
Crisp romaine lettuce tossed with creamy Caesar
dressing, parmesan cheese, diced tomatoes and fresh croutons. Finished
with a juicy grilled chicken breast…of course!
HOUSE SALAD
A refreshing combination of romaine and spring
mix as well as red onion, cheddar cheese, tomato and
baby beets. Bigger and better than you expect!

A layer of hot ham and turkey with a combination

Slow cooked corn beef thinly sliced and piled high
on marble rye along with Thousand Island dressing, sauerkraut and
swiss cheese. Fit for an Irishman!

In old German fashion…Brats boiled in ale
then char grilled for that delicious flavor! Served
on a hoagie roll with plenty of real authentic sauerkraut. Vvvonderful!

Eight ounces of seasoned lean ground beef cooked
to your liking. Served with lettuce tomato and onion on a Kaiser
